About the role

As a Global Account Support, you will work in our international sales team and support the management of one of our key global accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide best in class customer service to our key global account

Collaborate effectively with our Export Manager to maximise our sales opportunities based on customer feedback

Complete order entries and prepare quotations via our online portal accurately and in a timely manner

Liaise with internal departments, including our warehouse, on any customer support enquiries

Resolve and reduce escalations with a proactive and positive attitude

Full
  • time working hours are fixed between 8.30am and 5.30pm and totalling 37.5 hours per week with a 30
  • minute unpaid lunch break.
